Manage catchment programs and complex, high level projects.
Selection Criteria:

Comprehensive knowledge of natural resource management issues, relevant legislation, regulations and policies and the Government NRM reform agenda.
Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to translate community needs and government directions into NRM plans and programs and to develop, implement and evaluate projects.
Superior written and oral communication including negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills. Proven capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the public sector in contract, financial and human resource administration and demonstrated ability to manage a budget.
Demonstrated capacity to plan and manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a politically sensitive environment.
Excellent research, conceptual, strategic analysis and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead change and to achieve change outcomes.
Current drivers licence.

Clerk Grade 12, Wagga Wagga, Permanent Full-Time. Total remuneration package valued to:
$121,562 p.a. (Salary $105,512-$110,160).
