The company develops and implements innovative and effective environmental, water, energy and sustainability solutions, providing specialist advice and hands-on capabilities in a diverse range of areas related to environmental management.
We are currently seeking to employ environmental professionals with experience in environmental and social impact assessment, environmental management and approvals to join our team and help develop and expand our business.  In this role you will be responsible for working on projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients overseas. There are opportunities for people with a few years of experience through to senior partnership level.
The successful applicant will:

• Have relevant tertiary qualification(s);
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience which may include the fields of EIA, environmental permitting/planning, ecology, environmental engineering, water management, hydrogeology, social/health assessment, and/or environmental chemistry;
• Be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities across the spectrum of their responsibilities;
• Be able to identify and develop new opportunities for Earth Systems;
• Have the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
• Have exceptional written and verbal English language communication skills;
• Be passionate about the environment; and
• Have an interest in/be able to travel internationally.
• Previous EIA experience in relation to infrastructure, resources and other large scale projects will be highly regarded. 

The position will be based in the Brisbane office, with significant opportunities to work overseas.
