Team Leader Coastal Management
Frankston City currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and motivated person to lead a team of Natural Reserve Rangers and Maintenance Officers in the maintenance and improvement of Coastal Reserves.
The positions are responsible for the supervision of staff and contractors to deliver works programs in accordance with set service standards. Programs must be delivered on time and on budget through safe and responsible practices at all times. Applicants will require a thorough understanding of coastal management including weed control, revegetation, pest animal control, fire management and visitor amenity maintenance
You must also be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills including the ability to be proactive, flexible and creative. You will need to possess good communication skills and be able to understand budgets and how they apply to your team.
You will need to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia, certified copies of your qualifications, and a current Driver Licence. You must also be willing to provide a Pre-Employment Health Declaration and undertake a National Police Record Check.
