Conservation Project Officer The Victorian National Parks Association (VNPA) is Victoria's leading nature conservation organisation. VNPA is an independent, non-profit, membership-based group, which exists to protect Victoria's unique natural environment and biodiversity through the establishment and effective management of national parks, conservation reserves and other measures. This is a new position and will help Identify priorities for landscape scale connectivity and improved management of public land. The position will liaise and build partnerships with regional communities, relevant government agencies and scientists. Ideally the person will have a strong project management, a good understanding of on ground conservation requirements, networking and community engagement background. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards investigating how to build biodiversity resilience at landscape scale in the face of climate change.
