CONTAMINATED LAND SEMINAR: New laws and managing the risks
Site contamination remains a significant legal and commercial issue for landowners, occupiers, developers, sellers, purchasers, councils and those dealing with the management of contaminated land.
The introduction of new Contaminated Land laws in Victoria will add to the complexity of contaminated land management and will increase obligations on landowners and occupiers.
The Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) together with Principal Partner – MinterEllison and contaminated land management experts have developed this Seminar to bring you up to speed with the latest information and new legal obligations for Victoria and across Australia on contaminated land management. The Seminar will provide best practice options for preventing and managing contamination land to assist you to prepare for the new laws and prevent the pitfalls.
Troubleshooting session: Participants are encouraged to bring along certain issues to discuss with leading lawyer and experts.
The Workshop will provide the opportunity to network during AEBN’s refreshment breaks.
