Take responsibility for the preparation of content and delivery of MSDI education programs focusing on sustainable development within and beyond the University.
Support not only curricular tertiary education but also the development and implementation of executive, online and bespoke (co-curricular) training and education while contributing to the development of a Sustainable Development Education research program.
In this broad-based environmentally-focused role you will:
- Undertake research relevant to sustainable development and education and also HDR supervision
- Be responsible for the supervision and mentoring of staff delivering curricular and co-curricular education programs
- Establish effective working relations across MSDI and with various faculty members across Monash where appropriate as well as nurture and advance MSDIs relationships with relevant external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral or masters qualification in a field relevant to sustainable development or equivalent accreditation and standing and/or recognised significant experience in the relevant discipline area.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
