About the Role

WorkPac Professional are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Closure Advisor/Consultant, based in Perth, working Monday to Friday (approximately 40 hours), with potential for limited site day trips to the Pilbara. Short Term Contract (approximately 3 months) – immediate start.

Duties

Sitting within the rehabilitation and closure team this individual will be responsible for assisting the team to plan areas for progressive rehabilitation, potentially including site implementation aspects. The role will also provide assistant to the team in terms of closure planning and writing of closure plans and related documentation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities;

  • Suitable Tertiary Qualification in Bachelor of Science or similar/related, highly desired but not required
  • Background in mining and site environments highly beneficial
  • Ability to review technical reports to convey information and work with multiple disciplines in aspects of their work
  • Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
  • Right to work in Australia
