Salary/Level: Specified Calling Level 5, $140,046 - $151,940 p.a.
Tenure: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Kensington, Western Australia

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is committed to promoting biodiversity and conservation to enrich people’s lives, through sustainable management of Western Australia’s species, ecosystems, lands and the attractions in the department’s care.

This position assists the Executive Director, Biodiversity and Conservation Science with the development and implementation of strategic direction, effective management, communication and strategic collaborative partnerships for Biodiversity and Conservation Science. It is also responsible for strategic planning and high-level coordination of the relevant budget services and provides high level advice on complex biodiversity conservation issues affecting the Department and State.

In accordance with relevant legislation and departmental policy, the successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
