We are seeking an experienced Bush Regeneration Team Leader to lead on-ground works, supervise small teams and deliver excellent results for local government clients and local communities.
Location: Northern Beaches, Ryde and Willoughby local government areas
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 + super, based on experience

What you'll do
- Plan and lead on-ground bush regeneration works
- Supervise, mentor and support small field teams
- Maintain accurate daily records, photography and mapping for reporting
- Help deliver strong environmental outcomes for clients and communities
What we're looking for
- Cert IV or Diploma in Conservation and Land/Ecosystem Management, or a degree in ecology or a related field that includes bushland regeneration
- At least five years of post-qualification site experience, including team supervision and reporting
- Sound knowledge of WHS procedures and environmental legislation
- Experience in fine hand weeding, secondary and maintenance works, and some primary works
- Current qualifications in chemical safety, chainsaw operation and senior first aid
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills
- Proven reliability, supported by referee checks
- Valid Australian work rights required
Desirable
- Availability to lead or provide backup weekend Bushcare supervision
- Experience in preparing tenders and writing proposals
