Community and Strategy – Consultant or Senior Consultant

RMCG consults on a range of environmental, social and agricultural issues. We are a dynamic team with skills in community development, natural resource management, economics, social research, recycled water and waste management, integrated water management, strategic planning and agribusiness.
RMCG is looking for a smart, capable and enthusiastic team member to join our Community and Strategy team. We will employ someone who has experience in facilitation or a clear capacity to facilitate groups to make decisions. Ideally, our new team member will have training or experience in environment, water, agriculture and/or regional communities.
If you are that person, you will work with us to help community, environment and agriculture clients to set and implement smart strategy. You will design and evaluate projects. You will use community engagement techniques to help communities resolve conflict and other problems. You will be supervised by a Senior Consultant who will act as a mentor to support you to become a capable and confident consultant.

The remuneration package will be negotiated with the preferred applicant, but packages (including superannuation) will range from $65,000 for a junior to $140,000 for a highly experienced professional.
