Customer Service Officer - Commercial Lighting
- Permanent, Full-Time position for experienced Customer Service Officer (CSO) in our Commercial Lighting team
- Location: Hawthorn, Melbourne
- Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) plus Superannuation.

Growth in our Commercial Lighting team has been solid and we need another CSO. The CSO will be
responsible for Commercial Projects client management, supporting new and existing clients through
providing project compliance management, technical support and general certificate related guidance
through the life of each project.
The role will be based at Green Energy Trading head office in Melbourne and may include a small
amount of travel (mainly in Victoria) to conduct client meetings, site inspections, attend conferences,
and staff meetings.

- A natural problem solver, with the ability to manage client and regulator concerns consistently.
You know how to communicate about technical things with people who have a range of technical
abilities. When stakeholders talk with you, they leave feeling confident they were understood.
