As our Environmental Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting environmental and HSE initiatives while developing the technical, analytical and project management skills needed to become a future industry professional.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll contribute to research, analysis, project delivery and continuous improvement activities that support Delta's operational and environmental objectives.

What You'll Do:

With guidance and support from the Environment Team, you will

• Assist with environmental monitoring, inspections, and fieldwork activities
• Support environmental compliance obligations, including licences, audits, and reporting
• Collect, manage, and analyse environmental data
• Assist in preparing environmental reports, plans, and documentation
• Participate in incident investigations and improvement initiatives
• Support environmental projects and site-based programs
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to understand environmental risks
• Contribute to maintaining environmental systems such as the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems

What You'll Bring:

• Degree qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A commitment to workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an interest in developing technical and project management capabilities.
