General Functions & Tasks

Aus Eco Solutions is seeking a passionate, task orientated individual who shows initiative and ingenuity and is looking for challenging work with an engaging and progressive field crew.

Reporting to the Victorian Branch Manager, the primary role of this position is to lead teams within the field in implementing environmental management and revegetation projects for our wide range of clients throughout the Western Melbourne Region. The position is a ongoing full time role and will be based in Ballan.

This role provides an opportunity to develop your industry experience in coordinating field staff, clients and supplier requirements for a variety of environmental projects. Field Coordinators will be involved with any given jobs progression from the initial quotation, to the strategic development, customer liaison, job supply requirements, field supervision, implementation of works and finally the quality control assessment of the project. This job requires a high level of professionalism, management skills and environmental works knowledge.

We anticipate that successful applicants will have a strong set of references, and be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical. The position requires a high level of physical fitness, as the job can be extremely demanding in all types of weather conditions.


  • Agricultural Chemical Users Permit - ACUP Certification
  • Cert III CALM / environmental qualifications or min 3 years experience
  • First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current manual VIC Drivers Licence
  • Construction Industry White Card
