We are seeking a Nature Guide to join our team on the Great Ocean Road.

In this role, you will lead and educate visitors on immersive nature experiences, fostering a deep connection with the environment. Responsibilities include conducting tours, interpreting local flora and fauna, and promoting conservation values. The position intersects with the work of the Conservation Ecology Centre.

While prior guiding experience is beneficial, what truly matters is your genuine love for nature, your ability to communicate effectively, and your talent for telling engaging stories.

About You

This position is well-suited for a flexible, proactive, and motivated individual with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while providing personalised tour experiences for visitors of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and abilities.

We welcome applicants who demonstrate these attributes and a keen passion for the natural world. However, the ideal candidate will possess a degree or strong background in Environmental, Conservation, or Animal Sciences.
