Position: Senior Administration Coordinator
Location: Mount Isa, Queensland
Tenure: Full Time
Salary: $84,983 – $91,517 plus benefits and salary packaging, rent assistance, relocation reimbursement, superannuation, and annual leave loading.

Purpose of the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role supports financial and administrative management systems, assists senior management, fosters a collaborative work environment, ensures daily operations and compliance, and oversees office workflows and systems management. The position suits a capable and adaptable professional engaged in both the strategic and day-to-day administration of the organisation.

  • Support CEO and GM on organisational priorities and objectives
  • Lead across corporate services functions and foster workplace culture
  • Handle finance, purchasing, supply chain, and compliance activities
  • Coordinate budgeting, reporting, payroll, and audit support
  • Support recruitment, training, and lead administrative staff
  • Enhance WHS, risk management, and organisational reporting

Selection Criteria

  • Qualifications or experience in business, finance, HR, or governance
  • Demonstrated leadership in corporate services or business operations
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Budgeting, reporting, and coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and engagement abilities
  • Current driver’s licence required
